Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

  • Make a list of potential customers (suspecting to prospecting) through:

- Predicting the target customer group.

- Surveying customers through calls or meetings.

- Collecting and analyzing data to narrow down potential customers.

- Developing technical solutions and cooperation plans.

- Negotiating to close customers.

  • Regularly visit customers with Sales Staff, especially strategic customers to continue building relationships and maintaining cooperation.
  • Proactively resolve difficulties and problems of customers and employees to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Train employees in soft skills, develop and maintain teams, contribute to building corporate culture.
  • Manage, build and support employees to complete business targets.
  • Other tasks will be discussed specifically during the interview.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

  • Male, 40 years old or older.
  • Graduated from University with major in engineering, priority given to Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
  • At least 05 years of experience as Sales Manager.
  • Experienced – from 05 years in B2B Sales – Experience in project/industrial sales.
  • Have won B2B customers – directly with Investors, high-end customers or FDI.
  • English: can read technical documents in English and communicate at a basic level.
  • Proficient in Microsoft, Autocad, …
  • Honest, responsible and careful in work.
  • Withstand sales pressure and project progress.
