The Head of Human Resources is responsible for developing and leading the overall HR strategy, policies, systems, and initiatives that align with the company’s business goals and growth plans. This role oversees all aspects of human resources management including talent acquisition, learning & development, compensation & benefits, organizational development, performance management, HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and company culture. The Head of HR acts as a strategic advisor to senior leadership while ensuring efficient HR operations and a high-performing, engaged workforce across the organization. The role also drives workforce planning, and people strategies aligned with the company’s long-term goals. Work location: District 2, HCMC, Vietnam Industry: Beverage Manufacturing & Distribution Report to: The CEO
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
1. HR Strategy & Organizational Development
- Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives and long-term organizational growth.
- Establish HR policies, procedures, and best practices to improve operational efficiency.
- Design and improve organizational structures & manpower planning.
- Partner with senior leadership to support business operations and workforce planning.
- Build company culture, employee engagement, and employer branding.
2. Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
- Lead recruitment strategies to attract high-quality talent across all functions.
- Oversee manpower planning, budgeting, and headcount management.
- Ensure recruitment processes are efficient, compliant, and aligned with hiring targets.
- Build & develop talent pipelines for critical roles to ensure timely hiring as the company scales and employer branding initiatives.
3. Performance Management
- Design and manage performance appraisal systems and KPI frameworks.
- Drive performance review cycles and performance improvement plans.
- Support managers in goal setting, employee coaching, and talent development.
- Identify high-potential employees and retention strategies.
4. Compensation & Benefits
- Develop and manage compensation, benefits, and reward strategies.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and ensure market competitiveness.
- Oversee payroll coordination and benefits administration.
- Ensure fairness, internal equity, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Recommend incentive and recognition programs to improve employee motivation.
5. Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and develop annual training plans.
- Establish learning and development programs to enhance employee capabilities.
- Design and deliver cost-effective training programs, leveraging internal expertise and external resources where necessary.
- Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and return on investment (ROI).
6. Employee Relations & Culture Building
- Foster positive employee relations and collaborative workplace culture.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, internal regulations, and ethical standards.

7. HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with Vietnam’s labor laws, regulations, and industry standards from the outset.
- Oversee HR administration, employee records, contracts, and HR systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
- Prepare & manage HR reports, and HR analytics to support decision-making by senior management.
- Improve HR processes & systems.
- Develop and monitor HR budgets and resource allocation.
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related fields.
- Master’s degree or professional HR certification is an advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience with at least 3 – 5 years in a similar role or senior HR leadership role.
- Proven experience in manufacturing and sales distribution within the FMCG/ Food & Beverage industry.
