Human Resources Director
Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:
1. Management responsibilities:
- Approving budgets and work plans and allocating resources to meet short-term and long-term goals aligned with the company's strategy.
- Managing and developing HR Team into a professional, dynamic and capable team that aligns with the company's mission and core values.
- Reviewing and approving HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure they are comprehensive and applied effectively.
2. Professional responsibilities:
- Advising the Board of Directors and Management on the organizational structure's appropriateness, HR strategies, policies, cultural activities, and hiring senior management roles.
- Directing the implementation of organizational structure designs, succession planning, remuneration policies, performance assessments, worker health and safety, and labor relations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment, training, occupational health, and safety measures. Working with authorities on employee-related matters.
- Explaining HR fluctuations, changes in personnel plans, organizational efficiency issues, and other HR-related matters to the CEO.
- Coordinate with other departments/divisions to develop and communicate HR policies to employees and programs to enhance the company's image.
- Supervising the implementation of employee rights and obligations in coordination with the Trade Union.
- Handling issues arising within the HR department.
- Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Managements
Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:
First 6 months base in Can Tho (Head Office)
1. Qualification:
- Bachelor of Human resources management, business administration, economics, law …
- MBA is preferred
2. Experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in the same role at multinational companies or big local corporations in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry.
- Expertise in human resources management; resources management and general business management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment; economics related to wages and other benefits.
- Possessing good psychological knowledge and understanding of human relationships
3. Professional skills/ Competencies:
- Effective communication and good presentation skills
- Decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Good organization, supervision and strategic planning skills
- Professional skills of analysis, synthesis and reporting
- Influencing & Inspiring others.
- Leadership
- Fluent in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
- Willing for business travel
