Human Resources Director

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

1. Management responsibilities:

  • Approving budgets and work plans and allocating resources to meet short-term and long-term goals aligned with the company's strategy.
  • Managing and developing HR Team into a professional, dynamic and capable team that aligns with the company's mission and core values.
  • Reviewing and approving HR policies, procedures and regulations to ensure they are comprehensive and applied effectively.

2. Professional responsibilities:

  • Advising the Board of Directors and Management on the organizational structure's appropriateness, HR strategies, policies, cultural activities, and hiring senior management roles.
  • Directing the implementation of organizational structure designs, succession planning, remuneration policies, performance assessments, worker health and safety, and labor relations.
  • Evaluating the effectiveness of recruitment, training, occupational health, and safety measures. Working with authorities on employee-related matters.
  • Explaining HR fluctuations, changes in personnel plans, organizational efficiency issues, and other HR-related matters to the CEO.
  • Coordinate with other departments/divisions to develop and communicate HR policies to employees and programs to enhance the company's image.
  • Supervising the implementation of employee rights and obligations in coordination with the Trade Union.
  • Handling issues arising within the HR department.
  • Perform other duties as requested by the Board of Managements

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

First 6 months base in Can Tho (Head Office)

1. Qualification:

  • Bachelor of Human resources management, business administration, economics, law …
  • MBA is preferred

2. Experience:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the same role at multinational companies or big local corporations in FMCG or Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Expertise in human resources management; resources management and general business management; Laws and regulations on labor and employment; economics related to wages and other benefits.
  • Possessing good psychological knowledge and understanding of human relationships

3. Professional skills/ Competencies: 

  • Effective communication and good presentation skills
  • Decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Good organization, supervision and strategic planning skills
  • Professional skills of analysis, synthesis and reporting
  • Influencing & Inspiring others.
  • Leadership
  • Fluent in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.)
  • Willing for business travel
