Market Access Manager

Nhiệm vụ chính/ Key Responsibilities:

1. Market Access Strategy Development

  • Develop and execute access plans for innovative drugs, with a focus on key hospitals.
  • Identify and implement pathways for product inclusion into clinical programs and hospital formularies.

2. Reimbursement and Policy Engagement

  • Prepare reimbursement dossiers and liaise with health authorities (e.g., Social Security, MOH) to support product listing under national insurance schemes or pilot programs.
  • Monitor reimbursement status and regulatory pathways.

3. Pricing and Health Economics

  • Propose pricing strategies based on value, cost-effectiveness, and local affordability.
  • Collaborate with medical/scientific or third-party teams to build pharmacoeconomic models and real-world evidence to support value proposition.

4. Stakeholder Engagement

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders: KOLs, Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committees, hospital pharmacists, health policymakers, and payers.
  • Represent the company in policy forums, advisory discussions, and clinical conferences when needed.

5. Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Medical Affairs and Marketing to develop access-oriented materials and scientific content.
  • Support Sales & Tender teams to align hospital access initiatives with sales execution.

6. Policy & Market Intelligence

  • Monitor policy changes, pricing regulations, hospital procurement rules, and reimbursement trends.
  • Provide timely analysis and recommendations to leadership on access challenges and opportunities.

Yêu cầu/ Job Requirements:

  • University degree in Pharmacy, Medicine.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Market Access, Hospital Sales, or Medical Affairs in innovative products.
  • Strong understanding of Vietnam’s healthcare system, reimbursement processes, and hospital formulary mechanisms.
  • Experience in working with P&T Committees, Social Security, and relevant health authorities.
  • Strategic mindset with analytical and commercial awareness.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • English proficiency (reading scientific/health economic content and reporting) is a strong advantage.
